About Central Valley Bass Club
Central Valley Bass Club is an Oregon B.A.S.S. Federated Club. We have members on both the Oregon State Team along with a Member who fished 2007 Bass Masters Classic. While we are all avid bass fisherman our members also regularly fish for salmon, steelhead, walleye, sturgeon and pan fish. Because of that passion we are involved in habitat and conservation of our natural resources to help preserve our fisheries. We are also committed to our future fishing enthusiasts. With a draw format each club member will have an opportunity to fish with different members each month and expand your fishing knowledge.

History Summary
The Central Valley Bass Club was started in the summer of 1992 by Scott Marrs and Gary Martin. Due to the fact of the Capitol Bassmasters was no longer in existence, there was a void left in the community for an organized fishing club. Bryce Hochhalter had served as president of the Capitol club at one point and was recruited to serve as interim during the organization phase. Many other Capitol club members were recruited as well and from this point the rest is history.
